Aranyani Bison Excursion KV, KS and 1/2W Wednesday 24 March 2021

Dear Parents and Carers

This term KV, KS, 1M, 1/2W and 2C students have been involved in English and Science and Technology units of work related to living things. They have been exploring how our senses help animals, including humans, survive. They have investigated how animals, including humans, need air, food and water and have considered how space and shelter provide protection and contribute to survival.

To extend and consolidate student’s learning about living things we will be going on an excursion to the Aranyani Bison Adventure Tourist Park.

Students will go on a guided tour of the ranch where they will learn about the many animals that live there. They will also take part in a Bison feeding demonstration.

Students will need to take a packed lunch including sandwich or wrap, fruit and snacks.

Please also pack a water bottle and hat. The cost of this excursion is $10.00.

KV, KS and 1/2W Excursion on Wednesday 24 March 2021:

• Depart Casino West Public School at 9.30am

• Arrive at Casino West Public School at approximately 1.30pm

• There will be seven staff attending the excursion.

Payment can be made over the phone, via the school website or at the front office. Ther permission note can be completed via the Casino West Public School Skoolbag app.

PLEASE COMPLETE OR RETURN PERMISSION NOTE AND PAYMENT OF $10.00 BY FRIDAY 19 MARCH 2021.
