Join us for the Mothers' Day Picnic

Dear Mums,

To celebrate all our wonderful mothers, we would like to invite you to school on Thursday 9 May 2024.

We have the following planned for you:-

11:00 am – Sign in at the office and then enjoy a coffee or tea with a piece of Mother’s Day cake in the courtyard, next to the staffroom.

11:15 am – Collect your children from their classrooms and then find a spot in our playground to have a picnic lunch.

You will need to bring with you a family picnic lunch, picnic blanket and / or picnic chair.

If it is raining, we can utilise the undercover area, COLA outside the hall and classrooms.

Grandmothers and Aunties ( Dads, Grandfathers and other family members ) are invited as well and are more than welcome to come along.

Please fill in the RSVP note below and return to the office by Monday the 6 May if you are going to attend the Mother’s Day Picnic so we can order the cake and appropriate drink supplies. Thank you for your assistance in this essential organisational matter.

We hope to see lots of happy families at the Mother’s Day Picnic.
